An alleged serial rapist, Joseph McCann, 34, had fling a mother with a wire then made her hear as he raped her son and daughter, the Outdated Bailey heard as of late.
He was alleged to have taken advantage of the mum’s drunk state after meeting her at a bar in Haslingden, Greater Manchester.
A court heard that he took her back to her home in a taxi where he then tied her up before going to wake her daughter, 17, and son, 11.
He told one of the family to get butter for him to use while raping the children and made them watch one another as they were attacked.
The court heard how the family only escaped when the daughter, a 17-year-old girl, jumped from a window naked and ran to a neighbour’s house to call the police.
McCann is currently on trial for 37 counts, including eight rapes, against 11 victims.
The court heard this morning that he told police ‘if you caught me for the first two, the rest of this wouldn’t have happened.’
Through his rampage he kidnapped one young woman – repeatedly raping her while he held her prisoner in his car for over 14 hours, a jury heard.
The rape of the brother and sister is alleged to have happened after this incident.
Then he is accused of forcing a pensioner to drive him around as he snatched children from the street. When one victim escaped, he would find another within hours.

His raping rampage came to an end when he passed a marked police car on a roundabout and crashed the car into a Mercedes before he ran away – leaving the two teenage girls behind.
Mr Price said they were ‘shocked, very frightened, and distressed. But mercifully unharmed.’
On the second day of his trial, prosecutor John Price QC gave an account of the dramatic events leading to McCann’s arrest on May 6.
He told the court of how the net began to close after two 14-year-old girls were allegedly coerced into a Fiat car driven by the defendant the day before.
At 6.44pm he was captured on CCTV buying condoms at a Shell Petrol station on the Clayton Bypass just a few miles away in the Greater Manchester area.
Within the intervening time, the women were within the Fiat, which the defendant had allegedly taken from a 71-year-former lady who had been kidnapped and raped earlier that day.
Mr Price instructed jurors: ‘By that time there was intense police job within the apartment, taking into account the 999 calls that had been purchased in some unspecified time in the future of that day.
‘Experiences of childhood being taken from the avenue, the police having the description of (the 71-year-former’s) car. They were searching for to search out that car.’
At 6.49pm Computer Michael Jennings seen the Fiat at a roundabout on the bypass and trigger off in pursuit, recording it on his dashcam.
The Fiat crashed staunch into a Mercedes car and the suspect fled on foot, leaving the 2 women on the help of, jurors heard.
Mr Price instructed jurors the proof against the defendant was ‘overwhelming’.
He mentioned it’ll be suggested on the defendant’s behalf that the females he was accused of assaulting had consensual intercourse with him.
Now not responsible pleas were entered in your total costs bearing on to the 11 females and childhood.
McCann, who’s never any longer within the dock, is charged with 10 counts of unfounded imprisonment, seven counts of rape, one count of rape of a kid, two counts of causing or inciting a person to cling in sexual job with out consent, seven counts of kidnap, one count of tried kidnap, three counts of causing or inciting a child below 13 to cling in sexual job, three counts of assault by penetration, one count of sexual assault and two counts of committing a sexual offence with intent.
